If you play in Vegas casinos it probaly won't have escaped you that the Elvis slots are a pretty popular franchise, one
that is owned and milked rather well by IGT. However, WMS also have an Elvis slots licence and what you see above is their
version of 'Elvis The King (Lives)'. WMs just have this Elvis-themed game while IGT released 3 of their Elvis themed games online: first there
was
Elvis A Little More Action, a 40-line slot which has the same gameplay as "Wild Wolf", then came the
innovative "Elvis Multistrike" and then (briefly!) a version of
Elvis The King that for some reason was withdrawn.
Elvis The King Lives (WMS) is a high volatility Double Money Burst game and IMO the Double Money Burst series are one of the
best and most original types of slot machines. It's hard to explain how it works - best to just play it - but you can
get some big wins from this game if you are prepared to suffer the mean streaks!
Like most of the
slot machines here, Elvis The King does manage to combine a decent job of entertaining the player
with decent win returns but I am not 100% convince dit will appeal to European players bought up on games
like Novomatic's
Sizzling Hot Deluxe slot
or their excellent
Book Of Ra game but of the 4 Elvis slots so far released
(including Barcrest's
Elvis Top 20 game), this one is definitely my pick. Don't forget to check out
another excellent WMS game,
